My 6year old is delighted with this toy one very happy little boy and I'm the best mum thanks he say's . I h just think that you don't get much for your money just a smile from your child

I laughed at the early review when buying this which said "worst purchase ever!" but sadly more and more Amazon reviews are becoming like this making choices difficult. Although like all lego sets this is over priced and has a relatively small amount of lego inside it has kept my son entertained for hours both in building it and playing with it. It does lend itself more to creative play than many other sets because of the mini figures, vehicles and bat caves neat tricks e.g. there is a lift in which you can enter Bruce Wayne and reappear as Batman at the top, a jail cell containing Poison Ivy who can be broke out of jail, Bain's drill tank, a well stocked weapon rack etc. If your kid likes Lego and Batman they will love this set!

Took a risk buying this for my 10 year old son as most of his Lego is Star Wars but when he opened it he loved it, has kept him quiet for a couple of days although there are a couple of bits he needed help to put together (he isn't very patient!).

this set says it is for 7-14 years but it was bought for our 4 year old who absolutly loves it he is currently about half way through building it (we let him do it all on his own but in short spells to maintain concentration)
HE LOVES IT
Batman Robin AND Bruce Wayne all in one box shame the baddies are bane and poison ivy as because this is obviously a tie in to the lego batman2 game it would have been even better if lex luther and joker were the baddies included but that is just me being picky
if you have ever played with lego you know what your getting a very detailed and well put together set the part that allows bruce wayne to turn into batman is brilliant

i do agree with some other reviewers tho there could have been less stickers with more direct printing on pieces ( i assume this was an economic decision tho but for a seven yr old then it wont be a prob) definatly a great purchase well worth the expense and if the included baddies were changed then it would be worth another £10 on top

This is an expensive present, but with Lego its always expensive. It hasn't been opened as yet but my son is going to adore it. From the box it has loads to make and will keep him very entertained.

I think my kids now have all lego batman and dc heros sets so no more sets please as its getting expensive, however easy to assemble and always cheaper with Amazon compared to other shops, so Amazon is always my first stop for bits.
