this product Santoys ST233 Sink was brought for a preschool role play area exspensive yet standard for this type of play kitchen, its very easy to assemble two screws on back a little tricky alankey for the rest, good quality, strong and sturdy nice and colorfull. personaly would like a shelf inside the unit however still fits lots of little bits in. children love it as part of there play area and use it well.

This is a really nice, well-built piece of equipment that is let down by one feature. The wood-veneered MDF/bright coloured painted sections are attractive to youngsters. This can be pricey, but can also be bought on some really good deals and can be effectively mixed and matched with elements from other comparable series (e.g. Wonderworld Neo) that are made to the same dimensions and of similar materials.

However, the bowl for this far-from-cheap sink unit is a basic quality, removable, plastic washing-up bowl. Unfortunately, it's a far from standard shape (oval-ish, rather than round) and so is VERY difficult to replace. Which is a real shame as the plastic is quite vulnerable to damage - which can be caused to the lip of the bowl by just a couple of up and down tugs.

A potentially 5-star product, let down by one vulnerable and hard-to-replace feature.

It should also be noted that the current description, which suggests a recommended user age of 36 months to 18 years is not normally appropriate. Children beyond the infant age range are likely to need to stoop significantly to use this small-sized sink unit and are likely to experience back pain over sustained usage.

We wanted a toy kitchen set for our 2 year olds birthday. As this is going in our living room we wanted something that would not look worn / battered or damaged after a few months or even a year or two. So quality and apperance was really important as well as the fun factor. We knew that may preschools and groups use this brand because of its durablity against many toddlers hands.
We also like the fact that can add extra units to suit your own toddlers interests and your space.
The colours are neutral which is great as boys and girls both enjoy role play.

We have not been disappointed at all. It looks nice in the living room, our daughter and her friends have played with it everyday for the last month. The Packaging excellent and arrived really quickly.

We are already planning what to add for christmas.
