Good product, but not strong enough for adults. If your child wants to play with you, need to be careful not to bend handles.

We bought this table for my sons 7th birthday and he loves it.

We liked the size as we live in a small house and we thought it won't be too intrusive and if we ever need the space it is easy enough to take the legs off and store the whole unit away under the sofa etc. Although the table hasn't been down since we set it up. It causes a lot of excitement and drama whilst in use and it is a great game to play.

the only downside we experienced was a missing part. A tiny spring was missing that keeps the rods from smashing into the sides when playing. We contacted Simba-Smoby twice via email through their website to see if they could send us this tiny spring but they failed to reply to both emails. However Amazon were brilliant and shipped a whole new unit out to us 1st class as soon as we emailed them. We then returned the faulty unit back to Amazon. If I was rating Amazon here it would be a 5 stars for their prompt action and Simba-Smoby a zero star.

I like to think that we were just unlucky with the missing part and the table is good quality and has been a great buy.

We bought this table for our grandson for chistmas.He is 5years old At first he was a bit awkward with it and could only manage to play with one player But now my son says he has picked it up and he is regularly beating him.He also said that it one of the few games he doesnt mind playing with him

I was a little dubious and suspicious when my husband suggested table football as a christmas gift for our 6yr old son. He wasn't the typical little boy obsessed with football, although did enjoy the odd run around. He's also not super co-ordinated. However, now it's July and he loves it, it's been used nearly every day since he received it and is extremely disappointed if he doesn't get to play at least one game with his dad or myself before bedtime - he even tries to get his 3yr old sister involved! His friends are always keen to play too. His co-ordination has improved, he's mastered the art of anticipation and thinking ahead (defence wise) and he's discovered that if you practice at something you enjoy you get better. He also now really enjoys playing football at school, great for exercise!
The table is sturdy, but you can detach the legs if you need to (by unscrewing) and it's easy for him and his friends to lift into the middle of the room because it's not too heavy or cumbersome.
Very happy with this purchase.
