My 2 year old loves this car. She has always loved her Trike but it was on the brink of breaking so thought this would be a good alternative for her birthday. I've been pleasantly surprised how easy it is to steer and manoeuvre when we're out a walk as it was a major concern when we were buying it. I was also relieved that the kiddy steering wheel didn't influence the direction that the car was going in as I feared that we would be battling against each other as we went out a walk. My daughter loves packing her favourite teddy and snack in the boot of the car, plopping her juice in the bottle holder and pretending to drive as we go out a walk.

The car once assembled is ok but the problem comes in fitting the push-handle. The handle needs to be attached by means of a metal rod sliding through some holes at the back of the car. Unfortunately a large metal bolt is in the way which makes it impossible to get the rod through unless you first remove the factory-fitted bolt (not part of the instructions). Its possible then to fit the rod and then put the bolt back in to make the car usable but it does distort part of the plastic casing. Not sure if this will affect the life-span of the car. I might have returned it if I hadn't already spent ages hammering the wheels on (yes, you need a hammer, it tells you in the instructions).The car is fun for a small child to be pushed in but too wide for them to "scoot". Not sure if it has many play hours in it when it's being used just by the child without a parent to push because of this.
The cup holders are small and a sports bottle will not fit in but the little lift-up front is useful for carrying small toys, snacks etc.
Wouldn't buy if I'd known more about it but it's being played on and enjoyed so....!!!
