My son and i struggled to use this tablet as it kept on freezing while playing games. We could not go to internet because there was something wrong with the keyboard and some letters did not work at all. It looks like it must have been damaged before. I bought it at discounted price and thought that was my lucky day. But it seems like it must have been a returned item from a different owner and there was no warning about this. I only found out that it came from amazon warehouse when trying to return it and such goods can not be returned and it is also over 30 days. But now the screen has gone funny as if cracked and its purely money down the drain

I bought this for my son this xmas. Setting it up was a nightmare! It is so sensitive to touch by an adult so had to relay information to my son to type in which is ok but a bit of a pain!

We have had constant problems, games keep freezing midway through, the App Store keeps coming up in French despite being an "English" version! Have given up trying to access this.

To be honest my son is frustrated with it freezing and crashing mid way through games so I'm taking it back and hopefully get a refund and buy him a proper tablet.

I'd love to be able to write something positive about it but the only positive thing i can mention is the protective rubber case which is great for not having to purchase this separately.

Really really disappointed
