Halo mega blocks instructions were easy to follow for my 11 year old who took great pride in what he built. He was able to play with the finished product without it falling apart too so great buy for his age group. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He is obsessed by Halo and in particular by the Mega Bloks sets. This was on his Christmas list for the longest time and Amazon had it cheapest. We haven't built it yet but if the more recent sets are anything to go by, it should be more durable than the early sets which fell apart the moment you finished building them! 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful

This toy was very difficult for my son to build and he builds Lego with his eyes shut with just as many pieces or more the Mega Blocs products could be a bit more user friendly design. Apart from that when it was finished it looked the part but some parts of the structure continually fall apart no matter how many times they are re-assembled, they are second best to Lego.
